Electronic components may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Restocking fees may apply. Custom-ordered or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Products sold by EH VENTURES 26 LLC may be covered by manufacturer warranties. We pass through any applicable manufacturer warranties but do not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.
Repairs performed by us are warranted against defects in workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
